Hotel Löwen has been owned by the König family since 1920. In 2004, it was handed down by parents Gertrud and Peter König to Tilmann König, since when it has been continuously modernized.

Restaurant
Authentic cuisine reflects our love for our home region.Our cooks, Dieter Müller and Marcus Schnitter, are dedicated to honest, very regionally inspired and sourced Franconian cuisine. Top priority is given to the simplicity and naturalness of products, along with seasonality.
When choosing our products, the freshness of ingredients is immensely important. No wonder, then, that we work so closely with local and regional producers. In this way, in our menu we pay due respect to the many Franconian specialties that have their roots right here in the surrounding region.
Our restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 2 PM and from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.
Sundays from 11:30 AM to 2 PM and from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
Last orders are taken up 15 minutes before the kitchen closes.
The restaurant is closed on Monday.

Arrival
In order for you to reach our Hotel Löwen quickly and comfortably, we would like to take this opportunity to give you a few valuable travel and parking tips. Because Marktbreit is a small medieval town, parking around our hotel is unfortunately somewhat limited. Please comply with parking regulations for downtown Marktbreit.Parking spaces are available directly behind our house on “Am Graben” street, which runs alongside the park. A limited number of spaces are also available in our own hotel garage. Additional parking opportunities can be found ca. 100 m away. The public car park “Alter Kranen” on Adam-Fuchs-Straße is available to our guests free of charge and is lit up all night.
Coming from the north or south
Take the A7 as far as the Marktbreit exit. Continue on the main road in the direction of Marktbreit all the way down to the Main river valley. At the roundabout, take the second exit (a one-way street). Follow Ochsenfurter Straße for approximately 400 m. Our hotel is on the left-hand side of the street.
Coming from Frankfurt
On the A3 as far as the Würzburg-Randersacker exit. Now follow highway 13 via Ochsenfurt to Marktbreit (ca. 22 km).
Coming from Nuremberg
On the A3 as far as the Kitzingen exit. Continue straight on the main road as far as Marktbreit (ca. 14 km).
Arrival by Train
Marktbreit train station is only around 1 km from our hotel. We would be happy to pick you up from the station in Marktbreit at no charge.
